Ingredients for 4 people
  • 800 g Mozzarella di Bufala
  • 4 large round ripe tomatoes
  • 8 leaves of fresh basil
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
Cut the tomatoes and the mozzarella cheese (Mozzarella di Bufala Campana) into slices and arrange in a serving dish, alternating tomatoes, cheese and basil.

Add a trickle of extra virgin olive oil and salt to taste.

Serve at room temperature.
