Steaks Valdostana Style
Ingredients for 4 people
  • 400 g veal tenderloin
  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g flour
  • 200 g Original Prosciutto
  • 250 g Fontina
  • 2 eggs
  • breadcrumbs
Flour the slices of veal

Dip the floured slices in the beaten eggs, coat with breadcrumbs and fry them. Place the fried meat slices in a buttered baking dish and cover each one with a slice of Original Prosciutto and one of cheese (Fontina).

Dot each slice with a little of butter and bake at a medium temperature for 5 minutes.
