Corn Cobs with Sauce
Ingredients for 4 people
 
  • 8 slices Original Prosciutto
  • 4 corncobs
  • 250 g fresh cream
  • 100 g Gorgonzola
 

Boil the corncobs until well done.

Drain and keep warm.

In a saucepan, melt the cheese (Gorgonzola) with the cream.

Add salt and pepper.

Lay the corn cobs on a platter and arrange the slices of Original Prosciutto as leaves.

Serve with hot cheese sauce.
