Fried beans
Ingredients for 4 people
 
  • 450 g Fagioli di Lamon della Vallata Bellunese
  • 80 g bacon
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 100 g Fontina cheese cut into cubes
  • salt
  • pepper
 
Boil the beans (Fagioli di Lamon della Vallata Bellunese) and run them through a vegetable mill.

Brown the bacon.

Add the bean purée and pepper and mix.

Add the Fontina cheese.

In a pan, fry the mixture in extra virgin olive oil until the cheese melts.

Brown the cake on both sides and serve as a side dish to a second course.
