• 300 g butter
  • 300 g confectioners’ sugar
  • 150 g almond flour
  • 150 g wheat flour
  • 150 g corn flour
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 25 g Maraschino (cherry liqueur) or, as a substitute, Kirsch
Combine the softened butter and the sugar.

Add the egg yolks and the two whole eggs, one at a time.

Gradually add the 3 flours, the baking powder and the Maraschino/Kirsch.

Butter and flour the small round moulds, fill with the mixture, and place in a 180°C oven for 50 min.
