Pear Semifreddo
Ingredients for 4 people
  • 400 g Pere Mantovane
  • 200 g whipping cream
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g cane sugar
  • lemon juice
Wash and peel the pears (Pere Mantovane). Grate them and sprinkle them with a little lemon juice. Whip the cream. Add the sugar and the pears, stirring delicately from top to bottom. Pour the mixture in a wet mould and keep in the freezer for at least 3 hours.

Remove the semifreddo from the mould and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
