Canapés with Prosciutto, Castelmagno and asparagus
Ingredients for 4 people
  • 4 slices of white bread
  • 200 g Prosciutto S. Daniele
  • 800 g asparagus tips
  • 200 g Castelmagno cheese
Toast one slice of bread.

Chop a portion of the authentic Prosciutto S. Daniele and combine with the cheese (Castelmagno).

Spread the mixture on the bread. Boil the asparagus tips and place them on the prosciutto.
